About Me:: I am 46 Y.O. Divorced. I have two adults kids. Both in the medical field. My son is 24 Y.O. and is a Paramedic at OSU Hospital E.R. My daughter is 23 and is a P.T.A. Very proud of them. I really love the fire and EMS service.

Top Issues Facing Responders:: Staffing. In our Vol Dept. we run a first responder unit for EMS. At present time we only have two emt's One basic and one advance. The fire side we have a 17 man rositer.

Honestly it is the most rewarding job that I do. I love it and I love training the dogs and seeing there potential and I can tell that the dogas are very happy with there jobs also. Although I don't think they thinks its a job. Lol

I am sure u have seen alot of crazy things with the fire dept in the last yrs. I'm sure u feel just the same as I do when your out there helping people. Take care Leisa
