Greetings all! KB8UEY here just outside of the Mecca of Hamradio...Dayton, Ohio. Been a ham since 1994 and beenin in public safety a couple years longer than that. If all goes well might just get the 75m dipole in the attic at the firehouse this weekend so I can play when I am there! Don't think they will let me put up an antenna farm the likes of what I have at home at the station (2m/70cm vert, 2m 4el beam, 160m inverted L, 75m inverted V, 17m dipole, and a G5RV Jr. covering 40m through 10m). If you make it to town for Hamvention say hi.

Heres a sugestion. I dont know everyones take on this but id like to know. Seeing from the previous comments theres a few Techs on here. What is everyones view on Echo link. I understand there are people how are for and against or just doesn't care. How would y'all feel about starting a Fire fighter Net on Echo link. Im not saying keep it on Echo link just have a place where we can get a start.
