I'm looking for firefighters who are also amateur radio operators and who would be interested in helping to organize a special event for National Fire Prevention Week this year. My hope is that we can have ten special event stations, with calls N0F through N9F, running that week. The idea would be to encourage people to QSO all ten stations for an award certificate. I've applied for N2F and at least two of my coworkers in Siemens Fire Safety are willing to help.
