At our Dept its,

White-Chief
Red- Capt or LT
Orange- Saftey Officer
Yellow-Working firefighters
Black-Untrained
Blue- EMS only

white...chief officers(chief to captain)
red...Lt
yellow....everyone else.

White All Officers Chief To Sgt
Yellow Firefighters
Black Firefighters
Blue EMS Only
Red Probie or Jr Member under 18 years of age.
Orange Observer or someone checking out the fire service
Green CERT
