Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I joined our local volunteer fire department to give something back to my community. My mother, step dad, sister and brother all volunteer for different groups, such as medical missions, abroad and here at home. I thought this would be one way that I could join the community, meet new people and actually givei something back to the area that I call home.

Thanks ! I have been riding my bike about 8 miles 3 times a week and walking alot. Still have about 25 pounds more to lose. I think at this point, its calorie counting and portion control. I keep working on it.
