Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I became a volunteer fire fighter 29 years ago, I love the work and physical demands. My uncle was a Battalion Chief, and another uncle a fire fighter...i grew up listening to their stories and wanted to be a part of it. Now my daughter is a volunteer fire fighter/EMT at the same station I was. Rejoined the department as a volunteer firefighter.
