I happen to think my wife is quite a dish, so when she stops by the firehouse, she is my favorite firehouse dish!!

It is for that very reason I get nervous when my wife comes by. Half the dept. asks her to join and the other half asks for a date!

My favorite (food) dish is the only one we ever eat, hamburgers and hotdogs. Although sometimes we eat hotdogs AND hamburgers.

Apparently shiftwod has no sense of humor...

Frankly, my favorite fire house meal is beef tenderloin, rare, with a baked potato with butter and sour cream, and peas in the pod. Add an ice cold glass of milk and BAM! Now that's a meal.

It has always been my position that beef cooked PAST rare is best served to dogs!

The one thing I might add is creamed baby potatoes and peas, only get them this time of year.

I'll go along with creamed baby potatoes and early June peas. Some nice fresh Italian bread with heaps of butter would be good too for sopping up the meat juices!!
