I am trying to find a place to do a CAPT. I have noticed departments are commonly accepting a card proving that you passed the test. I really don’t know where to look for locations that would offer this. Can anybody help me? If it’s relevant I am looking for a place in the Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska area. Thanks!

I would try seeking out some of the technical or community colleges nearby, especially those that offer a fire degree program. They may tend to also offer a CPAT or know of a nearby location and testing times.
I suppose this is just me but, how can someone who is so intent on becoming a firefighter be so unable to find the relevant information needed?
This is not an issue of 1 3/4 vs 2" or solid bore vs adjustable, this is about being...lazy? I read this post, brought up google and searched this: who offers CPAT in wyoming. Guess what? I got phone numbers for Wyoming, like, believe it or not, the Wyoming State Fire Academy. Whodathunk? And...the site lets you search other states! I'm just sayin....do the work.
Research has become a lost art, even when the internet makes it so much easier.
Mr. Crabbe, thank you very much. I did find a community college in Colorado that does this type of testing. All the Depts. here in Wyoming make you run the Combat or CPAT (or some Variation of there own). Anyway thanks again
Thank you
Aims Community College In Greeley does a CPAT test a couple of times a year
