10???? we are luck we have 11 hospitals so our transport time a very low we just grab em drop em off and do it all over again.
When i was still with EMS/Rescue last year, there was a day where we had 5 responses. Started with a plane crash ( in a residential area), then 2 medical emergencies, a vehicular and another one that ended up with 13 px. A total of 29 px in a 24 hour duty.
A few years ago I was on Engine 4, we had an ice storm. We ran on 36 calls in 24 hours. Fires, EMS and falling trees.
OK ok ok CHeck this out one day we had 7 yes Seven in one 24 hour period 7
5
I do not know, but last Wednesday starting at 05:45 to 11:30 we had six calls including a mutual aid structure fire....
For me personally, I have run 3 in a 24 hour period (storm watch, brush fire and medical). That same night the other truck in our station had two more (fallen tree on highway, possible transformer fire).

The department though, the 24 hour record is around 6 or 7. Surprisingly it was all fire except one IIRC.
7-10 I forget but they were all BS calls. The oil plant leaked the ordorant so everyone was calling. When I got home my house stunk to high heaven so I called the firehouse for a fan. Told them no lights not an emergency.........2 engines, lights, sirens and everyone laughing....
During Hurricane Floyd the Company, 2 Engines and 1 Rescue ran 180 calls in 60 hours. So about 70 to 80 calls per day.
No idea for the whole department. One station ran 32 one 24 hour shift. The most I have run in a 10 hour shift was 13, 17 for 24 hours.
I asked and he said "Whole Dept."
tied with you. 22 in 24. all individual calls. it was a long day.
