How do I shut off the e-mail notifications??

My e-mail is being over flowed with notifications from here.  How the heck do I shut them off?

Don, go up top to My FFN and open the drop down window to my settings an you will find the notification settings.

at the end of each discussion page is a little note that you click for each discussion which says "stop following" that individual conversation

anytime you post a comment into a discussion you are automatically hooked up with "follow" and it will send you emails for everyone in that conversation
