Our station is in the process of replacing our sleeping quarters.  We are searching for good quality, durability, comfort, and price of course.  We have looked at This End Up Furniture and All Aboard Furniture.  Any other suggestions.  Any help is appreciated.

How about Murphy Beds. Get up in the morning shove your bed into the wall close the doors. Our sub station had them for a while so that the room could be used for classroom use or meetings. Only problem was that the bolts would pull out of the floor after a while or someone pulled the mattress off the spring frame and the floor springs would take over and the frame fly into the wall.
well that sort of depends on what is in your service area. if there is a furniture store and/or company then ask them if you can get stuff on a sale or if they would donate stuff. it would be a tax right off for them and who knows they might be able to do something.
I dont know what company you would go with... but how about do all the firefighters in your department a favor and get beds that are a bit bigger than the standard issued! hate sleeping on those damn things that if you roll over you roll off the bed!!
