One must admit though, even though the foundation work was crap, whoever the contractor used for the rest of the building, did a pretty solid job.

Actually the budget wouldn't allow for an aerial to be purchased so a by-law was enacted that all hi-rises must fall over in an emergency

It could also be that they didn't have elevators and had to make the building accessible for the disabled.

No, they were trying to avoid workman's comp claims from the delivery staff about bad knees and backs so this was the solution right
