Hello everyone hope you are out there staying safe and training much. Recently here on FFN many "older" members have noticed that not many jrs/explorers are commenting on things. Many say they would like you to get more involved, but our grammer and spelling is bad. I agree we do write things like facebook blogs, or comments, but i think we need to start workin on this as a team and take time to work on getting things more organized with our comments and post and get more involved. I will admit this post message probably has many issues with it. So lets start getting on people who you "facebook Langauage" and make a difference. Who all agrees?
Wow, I guess I really dont know what you are talking about on the "Facebook Language".
I am 25 and I just now got a facebook. I have had a myspace for 2 years. On the issue at hand I just want to say this when I first got on here I had a problem with my punctuation. But, in the recent months that is one thing that I work on everytime I form a response. Dont worry kid you will get it eventually.
Aoccdrnig to a rscheearch at Cmabrigde Uinervtisy, it dseno't mtaetr in waht oerdr the ltteres in a wrod are, the olny iproamtnt tihng is taht the frsit and lsat ltteer be in the rghit pclae. Well I am going to give you a great piece of advise.
"The armchair quarterback never gets the girl."
Which means dont just sit back and talk about it do it. If you dont like the way somthing is done find away to do it better or find out why it is done this way.
Just work on your spelling and your attitude. Lead by example not by talking about what others should do.
Anyone who can't spell should consider using a Mac... Misspelled words are automatically underlined in red, preventing you from spelling incorrectly... it's all smoke and mirrors I suppose, still, it's a tool and it makes you look as if you completed the 12th grade... and graduated... if you are not in the world of Mac's, then use Microsoft Word to create your posts and do a spell / grammar check before going public with your thoughts.
