Three Rivers Show
Has anyone watched this new show? My wife was watching it last night, it is almost as bad as Trauma. They converted an arrest and yelled "sinus tach at 20!" Really?!? They have medical people as consultants on these shows, this is awful. I kept watching and finding more and more ridiculous things. Another show to make the filed look stupid.

I wouldn't worry too much about those shows. The ratings are terrible for both.

It depends on their medical expertise I guess. I guess it could be the take and things get lost in editing because the scene "looked better". In this case maybe someone did say wrong, it is sinus brady at 20...goes to editing and the sinus brady just didn't sound as cool or the scene is different so the other frame is put in.
Either way I wonder if such issues are brought up in other professions too. Do cops discuss the shows about their profession? Doctors and nurses in theirs? I don't know. This crap is there for ratings anyway, not accuracy.

I know this, it is just so ridiculous it is amazing. Anyway, if anyone saw it, the main character is supposed to be based on the Cleveland Clinic Doctor, Gonzo, that was on towards the end. This is supposed to be realistic.
