My wife and I are proud to announce the arrival of our first child, a little girl, Regan, born yesterday at 3:03 pm. Mother and daughter are doing great, and we are just going to give her a little more time before we fit her for her first set of bunker gear.
Daddy, That is just the very best and most joy inspiring news in the world. It is possible to become bone weary of dealing with life at the other end of it. Thanks for the beautiful reminder that good and joy and beauty and precious life itself still prevail out there. Regan and her family are blessed indeed. My prayers and happiness are with you all. PS: back in 1964, my older brother bunked in at a Stillwater station while getting a degree in Fire/Safety engineering at OSU. Big stories of fifty mile an hour grass fires. Met his wife there. OK. was very good to him. Go with God.
Dude, you are so lucky to have had a daughter... I have three, now ages 18, 20 and 22... Please remember that a son is a son until he takes a wife and a daughter will always be Daddy's girl for life! You've been blessed brother. Enjoy every moment of it because it will flash past you before you know it and for God's sake, don't forget to take a lot of photos and videos. In fact, where's the baby pix? : )
Thank you all for the well wishes. Momma and baby are doing great, so here is a pic. for you. and yes she already has me wrapped around that pretty little finger
