MOST OBJECTIONABLE T-SHIRT

Well because it has been mentioned in another forum or two. What do you find as THE most objectionable fire related t-shirt?

My three faves are:

Find em hot and leave em wet. (nuttin sexist there)

I fight what you fear (puke)

What happens in the firehouse stays in the firehouse (whats going on in there?)

I agree FETC, I also hate the stupid stickers on thier vehicles. "My time, My gas just to save your a@@" I really hate that one. I like Jakes idea just make a shirt that says " LOOK AT ME I"M A FIREFIGHTER" it would save the t-shirt companies time trying to come up with stupid slogans.

now, I'm all about pride in what we do and the brotherhood that we have, these might be said around the house to promote pride in your company, but when these get put on shirts that everybody and their grandma can buy, it takes away that professionalism that the uniform, badge and most importantly the sacrifice earns, especially when these backwoods rednecks are out drinking and acting a fool while wearing these shirts. Now I'm not downing or promoting drinking, because that's not what this discussion is about, but when somebody wears the firefighter title out to get plastered or do something detrimental, that looks very very tacky to the public and throws the trust factor out the widow.

This is a great topic.

I and a few Paramedic friends actually have this very ongoing joke. We always kid each other about a "tattoo" we have.

Picture a jack-ass flexing his arm. His arm has a Maltese Cross on it. The "tattoo" reads "Bustn' mine Savn' Yours"

I have actually seen this tee shirt, except a Dalmation in place of the donkey.

I actually can't believe that the chief signed off on this shirt. It's a parody of this sign. Background- this is a sign near the US-Mexican border. It warns motorists that pedestrians may try to cross the fwy. The station shirt from the station there parodies this. The pedestrians are wearing FF helmets.

But it's OK to wear your department's T-shirt anywhere as long as it isn't the bar or adult bookstore?
Did anyone mention the Big Johnson T-shirts?
We are trying to come up with a department T-shirt design that incorporates a four leaf clover.
May have to borrow something from the Irish.
