Does anyone know how much it would be to upgrade a 4.5

I have a Scott 4.5, it already has a PASS on it but it does not have any of the RIT fittings, or the quick fill on it....would anyone know about how much it cost it to have these put on and about how long it would take?

Ric/uac 200048-03 $ 657.60 list it takes about 5 mins not sure if your Scott dist charges labor
