Firefighter Saloon

To all my brothers and sisters in the fire and ems service.

I want o start a virtrual bar here on this site. This is will be a place where we can stop and say howdy and have a few drinks and visit with each other. We gather for sport events, have a few drinks or have a meal. Or just what ever we want to do. Remember this is a virtual bar.

To start things off. We have a soild four side Oak Bar with Brass foot rest with Soild Oak bar stools. Have 10 big Soild Oak tables w/chairs that seat 10 people per table. We have a game room w/ three pool tables. I'll leave the vedio games up to the ones that play them things on what they want to add. We have a big 20 X 30 Deck out back w/ two Spas. We have 6 big screen plasma TV's 4 in the bar area. One in the game room and one out on tha deck.

The bar is fully stocked. We have pop, water sport drinks for the under age and the non alcoholic Bothers and Sisters.

Feel free to add anything to the saloon as you wish. This can also be a place where new people can stop in and introduce there selves to us and buy us all a drink

I feel better. Sometimes it just takes screaming ot typing it out.
I know no one can take his place but I try to look at it this way, I lost a brother on 9/11 but look at the "Fire family" and see how many "Brothers and Sisters" I have gained.
It's just that even with that great number of people behind me sometimes I just feel alone in a crowded room.

Hey Jeff remember you have friends here at the saloon that you can talk to any time...We are family on here and take care of each other..Even though we are miles from each other> I don't think that there is anyone from the saloon that would not reach out to help or sit and listen to the needs of the rest of us.... My heart will with be with you the day of the parade.. Anne

Thanx, I know that, Please don't think I am sad all day on St. Pat's. I just get a few moments where I feel sad. Most of the day is crazy happy!!
Also sometimes I feel like maybe it's just me beign selfish and saying look at me waaaaahh.
I know I'm tougher than this!

Dont feel bad brother!! 2 days before 9-11, The crew from FDNY was at a MDA Softball Tourney in PG Co,Md. And all the brothers and us from DCFD were all playing ball, drinking and having a good time. Some good friends,and some former DCFD members that had got hired back in The FDNY. So I feel the same, Anytime u want to talk , Give me a shout!! But for now why dont everybody in the saloon Raise your glasses for the Lads & Lasses from 9-11!!
