Do you use them for every lift?

I only use them on 1 rep max.
Anything less and I let my body take the weight so I get used to it full on.

Not much...I prefer proper lifting technique and positioning. I agree with Jeff.
I stoped using Belts when I read a aritcal in my Muscle and Fitness that Belts can actually cause inj instead of preventing

Mike...how do they cause injury?
They do not cause it directly. But many people when using a belt will use poor form and/or use weights that the body is just not ready to handle, in my opinion. If someone uses a belt for all or most of their lifting, the bodies core will never strengthen to handle the weight. It is like using crutches to walk even when not injuried.
