Stay out senior members!!!

How many junior and explorers think that the senior members just get here to run there mouth and talk bad about us????

yeah but when we have a discussion going on they jump in and make bad comments all the time

If you want the discussion to remain private, then start a private group and be selective about who you let join it.

More importantly, don't have a public discussion and then complain when the rest of the public joins in.

And I thank we can size up this whole thing with your last statement Mr. Allen! It looks like you need to think before you talk. Then you wouldn't have to question why the seniors have a bad look towards that attitude you have. We fellow firemen don't just look negatively at Jrs. with an attitude but all of FFN! We are a brotherhood/sisterhood and we all stand by one another. There should be no negativity, only trust in one another and the ability to accept others ideas as requested! If you don't want advice, DON'T MAKE A DISCUSSION! Especially with titles like that!~

senior members really dont talk about jrs. til they start sayin stuff like that... this is the stuff that makes them talk..

Thats is so true with bad attitude toward the guys you may be working with someday is not a good thing, When you need help with someone covering for you cause you are sick or have plans, they may not be there. Everything we say may be to help you be the best firefighter you can be, not to put anyone down.

FYI Mr.Allen if you were in my firehouse and I found out that you made the statement that you have made , would make me think twice about you having my back in a fire or in any other situation. I get the feeling that you already think you know all there is about firefighting and I have only one thing to say to that . You need to get out of the fire service before you hurt someone. I for one would not trust you . But you are not in my Dept. so I dont have to worry about you . I just worry about the other members of the dept. you are on. I trust my life to the members on my dept. .
