Problem is almost evry one of the damn things are different.....Most makes have a site to go to....the only universal thing I have found is STAY AWAY FROM THE YELLOW CABLE.........couple of hundred thousand volts running through that puppy.....Paul
yea i just took a class on it and the instructor said that for NFPA standards if we as a FF shunt the power of we have to use the lineman gloves. He also said that if we do have them on our trucks they have to be inspected ever month.
on #5 my instructor had pixs of people in a lab cutting a battery pack for one of the cars and it didn't really do any thing so its not like ur going to have a hazmat situation like u said. Also the protective covers over the batteries are very sturdy and strong so if one of those bust they must have hit pretty hard.
