My prayers go out to her family & may she rest in peace with her fallen brothers in Heaven.
While I am VERY saddened by this, It raises some concerns with me.

The statement, "Turnbough did not come out and instructors found her in cardiac arrest", causes me to wonder... where her partner was... where the instructors were... and how much close supervision is paid to the trainee's while they are performing evolutions.

We go IN, AROUND, and OUT in PAIRS for a reason.

Having been a part of an incident where two of our brothers lost their lives and having listened to, and read, information from OSHA reports, news reports on the aftermath, and from the people who were directly involved with and of the incident, unfortunately this just reinforces the NEED to remember the TWO IN TWO OUT rule.

PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE... Do not let her passing be in vain if but only to remember the Golden Rule... 2IN-2OUT-ALWAYS

Rest in Peace Sister... You will be missed by many....
It is far too early to make any judgments based on a first report. It was a maze, there was no smoke or fire or involved and no investigation has been completed. Don't take a few words out of context before it is, please.

Please keep this thread to condolence posts.
Rest in Peace Cecilia. Thank you for your service.
