that is how it is in Arkansas. like on the interstate vehicals will not slow down are even let other drivers in there lane

In Arkansas if there are flashing or rotating emergency lights you are to slow down and or move over on mulitple lane roads , single lane slow down .

I'm glad it seems to be working in your part of the state. In the Houston area, the law is on paper, but thats about it. We even block the road, and they try to go into the ditch to get around. I guess thats the move over part.

Texas is a big state, or is it a Republic? hahaha. Houston and east Texas must be worlds apart.
Do I need a visa to visit Houston? TCSS and watch your back when parked at a scene.
