i have a common tear drop inside the vehicle and on top I have a Code 3 double rotator with red lens, combined with the Galls Street thunder siren (yelp, hyperyelp, wail, and airhorn) on a 100watt speaker it clears traffic pretty affectively
In my state, (Connecticut), volunteers are only allowed to run blue lights in the front and red if you wanted to in the back. We are not allowed to run sirens but are allowed to run airhorns. You can have as many lights as you want as long as you can see out your damn windsheilds haha =)
Homemade lightbar on my sun visor same thing on back glass 8 flashing strobes 2 red led sticks 2 white led sticks. Code 3 siren cheapo 100 watt galls speaker
I have a 02 Explorer with Whelen strobes in the front corners, back-up and brake lights, a code 3 deckblaster single head strobe dash light and a pair of red halogen flashers behind the grille with them and my high beams hooked to a wig-wag flasher. And a knock-off model mini- Fed Q under the hood.
hey look on galls they have a list to tell which ones fit your truck, you just have to decide if you want the normal alternating flash or a multi-flash pattern
I've got a SpeedTech Lights STL Quad Pro in R/R, its a 4 head 18" windshield mounted light with Gen 3 LED's, 16 patterns, and is BRIGHT, I love it haha
Ive Got a mini barfrom galls i cant rememebr what it is but its britgter than the sun in the day and at night it looks like a 500,000 dollar firetruck is coming down the road at you with all its flasshy lights
i outfitted my truck with a dash light (4 lights in a row), grill lights, and a strobes kit for around $350, including shipping, from www.speedtechlights.com all LED except the strobes but they do have them in LED also. I love these lights and wouldn't trade them for anything!
