Texting While Driving PSA: Too Graphic? Appropriate?

Post your thoughts on this British public service announcement about the pitfalls of texting and driving for teens (and adults too, for that matter). It is graphic, and includes the emergency response to the incident. The video is about four minutes long.

We're asking the same question to members of our fire, EMS and law enforcement communities to see if (and how) the reaction to the video differs.

I agree with Brian it is graphic but if this is what it takes to get the message out than it should be broadcast worldwide because i'm sure it's not just an epidemic in the U.S. or Great Britian or wherever this was broadcast at.

I think this is the best way to get it across not only to kids but adults also. Someone should do something like this for DWI to.
Great Video.

This is really sad! Unfortunately, with all of the videos and such, I don't know if it is enough to make everyone stop texting while driving. Yes, this is an extremely graphic video, but maybe that it what it is going to take to make teen and adults to stop! It's very sad!

Yes this is graphic, but maybe that's what it will take to get people's attention before more of theses types of accidents occur in reality. Texting while driving is getting out of hand and is extremely dangerous to anyone on the road!

Graphic - yes. BUT as the father of 3 kids, who has seen way too many similar accidents, it gets the point across. This video should be MANDATORY for all high school students. I would rather see a kid emotionally scarred a little than having their parentsidentify their body at the morgue.
