Rochester Firefighters responded last night for a house fire on North Clinton Ave. Quint 6 went on location with a lot of smoke from a vacant 2 1/2. Battalion 1 assumed command and reported a working fire in a large 2 1/2. Command requested an extra engine the requested a second alarm for an exposure problem. Truck 10 responded as the RIC, Engine 13 was special called and the second alarm companies were Quint & Midi 7, Engine 1 and 5. The fire was under control in over an hour and the cause has been ruled arson.
