Great Footage, Unfortunate crash landing, luckily an ex-air force academy pilot was in charge of the situation : )

I heard that the day after this event, Qantas tried with mulitple pilots to recreate this landing in their simulators in Sydney, and not a single pilot could do it!

saludos amigos Bomberos el trabajo de rescate fue muy rapido e impresionante ya que "todos" me refiero a los ferris y personal de bomberos estubieron en el lugar muy rapido pero esto no ubiera tenido exito gracias a la pericia del piloto y su respuesta exelente de la tripulacion "QUE BUEN TRABAJO DE TODOS" .

A salute to all the flight crew on that plane, just like us they worked like a well oiled machine with sycronized actions producing a possitive outcome.

Thank God that everyone made it out safely. The pilot did a great job under a stressful situation and maintained control of what could have been fatal. Keep in mind, most landings in water tend to nose dive and not glide over the water. Kudos to the pilot.......

No he did not do a good job landing the plane. he did a good job crashing the plane!

this was amazing. my aunt is a flight attendant she was suppose to be on this flight but they told her to go home they didnt need her. i cant beleive this its amazing and im glad not other emergency personel was hurt
