I also agree with Jeff and have a few additional observations.

1) The LDH supply line has two severe kinks which is greatly limiting the available water supply.

2) The fire at the D/A corner appears to be a Class B fire - from a gas meter, maybe?

3) There isn't nearly enough water going on the fire to control it in the initial stages. More lines are needed, even if the two available firefighters each have to pull one and use it from a static defensive position.

4) The SCBA, staying low, and staying Defensive comments are right on target.

I completely Agree Jeff Cole. There is no reason for an interior attack at this point. And even doing so, the line officer and nozzle man are STANDING in the super heated gases, which at some points are actually combusting just a few feet away. Good chace the gases around them could do the same. VERY UNSAFE

You gotta be kidding me! "BA" aside, what is FAR more important is one of the first things we SHOULD have learned, and that's STAYING LOW! it's just plain insane to take an aggressive, offensive interior approach to a fire such as this, with as much involvement, and then to see firefighters actually standing up...! Let's see, WHY is it so many of us get hurt? Before you lable me as a safety sally, or some unaggresive waana be, let me say I am all about going in and getting it, but there is NO reason to act reckless like this. You are saving WHAT? Even if ya wanna make a gamble, then get down LOW! Porch roofs, overhangs, thats where much of the incomplete , heated products of combustion accumulate, and then ignite.

Good video. I can't stress enough the importance of wearing BA before you get involved on the end of a hose.
