The singer is Carissa Amberly, from Longview, Texas. She is a new and upcoming singer songwriter. It is one of the cuts on her CD "Letters". You can learn more at her site.

i am tring to find out the name as well all i can say is that one of my friends on here said a lady in texas had wrote it for 2 fallen fighters thats what he put on my vid comments when he saw it
