About Me:
Married 25 years until last year, Allways anted to be on the cutting edge of emergency services. As was told about me, I was into EMA and HazMat long before it was cool to do that stuff.
Was exposed to the fire service by my father who also vollunteered in the same town. Helped out a a big fire as a kid passing out water and moving hose. Been hooked ever since.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
Helping people to the best of my ability during the worst times of their lives.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
Complaisance, lack of understanding or forethought by the builders of large building, automobiles, and designers of Ambulance bays to meet the needs of emergency responders in times of high stress.
here we had the water rescue so far last night ran 2 calls there where mva but then we been slow so far no fires this time but 2night were at the station clean the 5' and that pulling hoes and stuff but that about it
