Ur a firefighter but u have restrictions and now that NC has passed a new law we really can't do much, but iam taking pic and vids to make a vid till i turn 18
hey...Well on how hard it would be it all depends on what your plan is. If you want to stay in the Reserves, I belive the closest FF unit is in Alabma or South Carolina. There are (from my knowledge) no FF units in Florida. I did check because I was thinking about getting out, going back home (to FL) and getting in a unit there. They told me no FF units in the state. Now if you are going to try to go active duty, I know they (Army) are starting up a new unit (now 3 total) at Ft. Lewis, in WA strate. You just have to be persistant with it. Try to see if a unit will pay to send you to the DoD Fire Academy at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo TX. If you can get the certs, or if you can get Pro Board or IFSAC FFI and II, Hazmat Ops, and Airport FF that is what the Army requires of an E-4 and below Firefighter... I will check with some people I know to find out about Reserve FF units in your area. As far as a 4 yr waiting list, I'm not sure how the Reserves completly work but I know the Active side has no such thing as a waiting list, so it's kinda be "Right Place Right Time" :) Hope this helps. Stay safe study hard and talk to ya later!!!!!

Trey just a quick question.I recently put a post in the forum but don,t know if it made it or not.My question is do you now if there are any members posting photos of multi color rigs? I,m talking here i.e .....blue & white, yellow & black or red & gold would like to see some of these rigs other than your standard red with a gold or white stripe.I have seen a couple of photos of a rig from Texas ...blue & white.
