Okay for those of u that know me and didnt hear allready im out on light duty, the doc thinks I may have torn my miniscus in my right knee. Still waiting for work comp to approv the MRI. (I think its jsut the fact I have spent most of my career pounding the crud out of my knees) but it hurts like a big dog. Anyhow, Be careful out there, make it back to your families and remember LCES working not just in place before you anchor, flank and pinch, It will help us stop lowering the flag to half staff. (some thing I am proud to do in honoring OUR fallen, but hate every time I have to do it) NUff said and hopefully be back on da fireline before september!

Sorry to hear about this. Hopefully, you can get it scoped, and be back in a few weeks.

BTW, if you would have asked me before you tore it, I would have gladly told you not to, it hurts. Thereby saving you from having to experience it.

Been there done that ( 3 separate times ) didn’t like it don’t want to do it again. Listen to what the doc says and don’t be hardheaded ( I was and still paying for today, my next option is knee replacement).
