If you look closely at the picture above, you will note that all the Marines pictured are bowing their heads. That's because they're praying.
This incident took place at a recent ceremony honoring the birthday of the corps, and it has the ACLU up in arms. "These are federal employees," says Lucius Traveler, a spokesman for the ACLU , "on federal property and on federal time. For them to pray is clearly an establishment of religion, and we must nip this in the bud immediately."
When asked about the ACLU's charges, Colonel Jack Fessender, speaking for the Commandant of the Corps said (cleaned up a bit), "Screw the ACLU." GOD Bless Our Warriors, Send the ACLU to France
Please send this to people you know so everyone will know how stupid the ACLU is Getting in trying to remove GOD from everything and every place in America May God Bless America , One Nation Under GOD!
What's wrong with the picture? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

I am sorry but I am not breaking this one.....Let us pray

Sorry, this will not let me post the picture associated with it but it is an entire unit of the Corps standing at attention with their heads bowed.

Amen Robert. I've been a convoy commander in Kuwait and Iraq for nine months now and every convoy brief is followed by a prayer asking God for protection. I do not require my soldiers to stay for prayer, and I have had some walk away, but I will continue to pray before every mission. God bless our troops, God bless our families, and God bless America.

While in Iraq my unit and every soldier I was with prayed every time we went on mission. If the ACLU thinks that they are going to send this country's young men and women into battle where there is a damn good chance that they won't come home, and not let them pray, then they can. Well you get where I am going with this. God Bless all our troops. Not matter which branch.
