Getting a Speeding Ticket? Don't Give the Cop the Finger
"A New York 18-year-old named Richard was pulled over for a seat-belt violation. The officer gave him a ticket for not wearing his seatbelt and for not having his driver’s license on him. As Richard was driving off, he stuck his middle finger out the window at the trooper and flipped him the bird. Wow, is that dumb, or what? Have you never had Hazmat Dant....? When you pull up on a hazmat scene and the officer is standing there leaning on his cruiser waiting for you.....thus the scene is safe (so far) He IS the "Blue Canary"....Paul

I agree....DUMB ASS......But you know if he got himself a smart lawyer he might be able to beat that....it has happened before....Under the Freedom of speech ammendment...referred that freedom of expression is also covered....I am not condoning his actions but......Hmmm might be interesting.....Stay safe....Keep the Faith....and NEVER piss off one of the "Blue Canaries"
