Driving under the influence is bad enough….now throw texting into the deal, and it’s a tragedy waiting to happen. 21-year-old Jeffrey Woods of Huntington Beach is today’s dumbass. He was driving high on drugs while texting someone to negotiate a drug deal, when he hit and killed a 14-year-old boy on a bicycle. Now Jeffrey can add “daily dumbass” onto his list of charges that include vehicular manslaughter, felony DUI, and gross negligence. Please, please please don’t ever give this dumbass his license back.
