Some loony in California caused a massive traffic shutdown in Santa Barbara yesterday….he put on a ski mask and waved an American flag and a handgun on a freeway overpass for about 3 hours. Crisis negotiators finally got him to drop his weapon and surrender after giving him his demanded Barack Obama campaign sign. By that time traffic was backed up 3 miles either way. No shots were fired and the man’s gun ended up not being loaded.
