I like to carry an old zip up sweatshirt, two pairs of wool socks ( NO COTTON) hand and foot warmers are a god send, couple granola bars, hand wipes, a wool watch cap, extra battery for my survivor, a hand towel, and gum.  I keep a second winter beanie in the shell of my helmet so it's handy. Stay safe.
