Monday saw yet another chapter in the ongoing saga of my arthritic knees. I had my right knee scoped, and, minus tons of bad cartlidge, I am well on the road to recovery.

This time I am being far more co-operative and am not trying to walk immediately after surgery. Hey, I am a self-sufficient kind of person. I don't like asking for every little thing, it makes me feel like I'm being a pest. On the other hand, I really should be happy that I've got someone willing to be my go-fer.

I'm planning on getting back into the swing of exercising next week after I have the stitches taken out of my knee. I started P90X last week and I LIKED IT!! Good stuff, to say the least. So, I'm planning on doing the fitness assessment and starting the 90 day program full on in about a week. BRING IT!!
