Coco Choco Cluster Recipe....Got this from a great web-site for good food ideas!

The specifics: I used Marcona almonds (already fried, so I did not toast them) and a 70% Dolfin Chocolate, this amber colored Halen Mon Gold smoked finishing salt, and Blue Bottle Coffee Yemen San'ani - not available on their site right now. PEANUT BUTTER PUDDING!! Found this delicious dessert..gotta try it!

Peanut butter pudding:

1/2 cup sugar

5 teaspoons cornstarch

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 3/4 cups whole milk

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup creamy (smooth) natural peanut butter (made with only peanuts and salt)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract



Chocolate pudding:

6 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons natural unsweetened cocoa powder
