On april 6 2008 at 4:10 am we responded to a MVA with Entrapment and Ejection,when we arrived on scene we were dised by a bystander the the driver was out of the vehicle and the passenger a 17 yearold was lying face down in the roadway she was hardly breathing and she had a severe cut to the head, firefighters along with EMS got her packaed up and into the ambulance she was then transported to an awaiting medevac helicopter and lown to a truma unit where she passed away at 7:30 am, the driver was also flown by helcopter to a trauma center, (its rough out there)

at 11:45 p.m.Dec.31 we had a MVA with Entrapment extracated for 25 minutes to free the driver,cut the roof off,removed drivers side front and back doors and cut the drivers seat from the floorand backrest,he was then transported to the LZ where he was flown by STAT Medevac helicopter to the trauma center.
we used three different rescue units,2 Amkus,1 Hurst.Cutters,Spreaders and Ram.
After the rescue Operation was complete all the Firefighters shook hands and said HAPPY NEW YEAR.
