Why I Joined Fire/EMS: I always wanted to be part of what was going on! always wanted to know where things where happening. Then i joined and wanted to take it a step farther and started going to the New York State Academy of Fire Science.

Why I Love Fire/EMS: I love being a part of a service that helps people when they need it the most.

Top Issues Facing Responders:: I believe people need to slow down and really think about what your going to... do you really need to fly down a 40 mile an hour road to get to your station for going to your station to stand by? or... to someone elses station to stand by? or how about lights and sirens to go pump someones celler? haha... seriously... just think a second... do you really need to run that red light... ?
