Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I joined Fire/EMS because I enjoy the feeling of knowing I was able to think calmly and help someone when they were in a time of extreme need and uncertainty. I feel like it affords me a great opportunity to be Christ to a hurting and scared world.

I had a nice relaxing holiday break, back home in Oregon where I grew up. As far as studies go, I'm a physics major (graduating with my B.S. in May). No idea what I'm doing next. The unexpected love of firefighting has made me unsure of what I want to do in the future. Your profile says you're a teacher... what grades/subjects do you teach?

Welcome to the family. The 1403 classes aren't in any certain order just how I remembered them. I'm taking my first class at the fire school in Wilson at the end of the month. Have a great day and stay safe!
