Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I am not on yet but as soon as i finish my EMT schooling then I will be on a Fire Department. Valmead Fire and Rescue come December 18, 2008. I want to do this because I have grown up in this type of work my whole life. I also enjoy the fact that I can lay my head down at night and tell myself that I made a difference
