Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I became part of the emergency service to help people in need.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

Helping people in need when ever I can. And for the love of the job.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Lack of people that is dedicated to the fire/EMS service, and not wanting to get into it. A lot of people join just to say " Hey I am in the fire department," and they never show up on anything unless they want to be seen or think they might get the glory or recognition if they bother to show up, but they don't come half of the time anyway.
