Got issued my pager... but it has a bum battery and only works in the charger... waiting for new battery from the supplier. Doh!
No new gear... yet... all "previously enjoyed" gear for now.
But I'm NOT sleeping in any bunker gear LOL!

got to run a few calls now..
My first call was a fire in a wall.. not our box we were put in service before arrival.
My second was a MVA signal 12 on arrival.Not a pretty site.. This will stay with me for a while..
the rest were easy MVA and AFA and water flow..
Learning a lotand still anxious to learn..

Ya, I got new boots, bunker gear. the only thing used was gloves and helmet..All the guys are looking at my boots with envy..they are sweet...

well very exciting night tonight..got issued my gear tonight...Still waiting on Bunker Gear..on order but got my locker and helmet and gloves and safety vest and boots...really cool..they we went out and played with the wet stuff..god this is so fun,,,,
