About Me:: Bryan Altman is a Lieutenant/Asst. Training Officer for the Worth County (GA) Fire Department. He is an 9 year veteran of the fire service. He began his career with the Tifton-Tift Co. (GA) Fire Department and was there for 3 years and then went to Ashburn Fire and Emergency Services (GA) and was there for 4 years serving as Lieutenant. He spent 2011 as a full time instructor and Captain with the Georgia Fire Academy teaching the Basic Firefighter Program and assisted with live fire classes, he is still an adjunct instructor for GFA. He had the honor of teaching at the Metro Atlanta Firefighters Conference in 2012 and also had a article published in the 2012 October issue of FireEngineering magazine and on the Fire Training Toolbox Website. He is certified as a Firefighter 2, Acting Officer, Live Fire Instructor, Basic Firefighter Instructor, Fire Instructor 2, Diploma in Fire Science Technology, and is Georgia F.L.A.M.E.S. COD #159.
