About Me:
In the immortal words of Popeye - "I yam what I yam." While I do not have fancy degrees and pedigrees, I have a lot of experience and continue to expand the brain on stuff that matters most. Have been involved in the technical rescue aspects of the job for most of it. Currently expanding my knowledge and involvement in SAR. Have a great wife and kids and enjoy hanging out with them!
Why I Joined Fire/EMS
Enjoy using the best tools God gave us - head and hands - to go into a difficult, challenging life or death situation and make the save.

Where else can you have this much fun in a career for decades...

Too many people taking the job for the sole purpose of making money instead of taking the job for what its all about... or atleast used to be about....
