Hi Firstwhip, I’m a retired Fire Chief and understand the importance of health & fitness for our responders. I joined FF Nation to share my incredible wellness story with everyone. Fitness is only a part of the equation; internal wellness is the real essential for healthy responders. Many of us need to get healthier. Thanks Commish... I miss you guys at Station 1 as well, but I have to share the wealth especially when it comes to the plaid pajamas. LOL I am settling in well at Station 2 and things seems to be going well. Thanks for all the support! Niki
