My Training:

About 10 + years with USAF Aux. Trained in air search and rescue,ground search, counter drug ops. Trained with CERT teams 4 years ago. just started with the fire dept.

About Me:

married my high school sweetheart, joined the army in 1981 served four years reg., 3 yrs reserve as a drill sargent. A few yrs later joined u.s.a.f. aux. been with them since and just joined the fire dept.

Day Job:

union roofer getting ready to retire.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I had thought about it for a LONGGGG time, but had my plate full with other things and I don't like doing something if I can't do it right. So the time became right, and I wanted to help others like the fire company did for me,and my family.
