South Bend is about 4 or 5 hours north of me, and even though IU is closer I'm still an Irish fan. Maybe its the history behind them, maybe its my part Irish heritage..maybe both lol. I'm not much on basketball (although that sport is religion here in Indiana) but I do like watching college football. The atmosphere is a million times more electric. I'm especially proud, though, of ND hockey team. I'm a hockey fan to begin with and to see the Irish make it to the championship game was awesome!
